We are always willing to listen and we ensure that our staff develop, broaden their skill-base and complement one another and we achieve this by tracking requests and requirements for training which is appropriate for the posts they hold.
The place of our staff within the company is key and we encourage team spirit and cohesion which is our strength.
We also have a Works Council which proposes and organises various activities.
We have always strived to support our intermediaries and clients whilst working safely. We have been MASE (Manuel d’amélioration Sécurité des Entreprises - Manual for the improvement of company safety) certified since 2002 and we continue to develop our organisation and our procedures to ensure ongoing improvements.
Our aim is to continue to achieve a zero accident situation for IES staff, temporary staff and sub-contractors and for all workers to bear this in mind as they perform their work on a daily basis.
A permanent HS&E policy underpinned by the commitment of senior management and all our staff is the only way to ensure that this priority is maintained and guaranteed.
